How do I get my YouTube stream key?
Go to YouTube Studio, click Go Live, then Stream. Copy the stream key and paste it in Loopify. Takes about 30 seconds.

Can my Loopify live stream appear in the YouTube Shorts feed?
Yes, when YouTube Dual stream is available on your channel. In YouTube Studio → Go Live → Stream, use Dual stream → Auto to let YouTube create a vertical version from the same Loopify horizontal feed. The horizontal and vertical versions share the live URL and chat. If you choose YouTube’s Encoder mode for a custom 9:16 layout, YouTube requires a second vertical stream key; Loopify does not automate that second encoder feed yet.
What video formats are supported?
Any format: MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, WMV, FLV and more. If your video is not in the correct format, Loopify Engine converts it automatically to our optimized streaming format — fully compatible with YouTube Live.
Is my stream key safe?
Yes. Stream keys are stored securely and never displayed in full. Only a masked version is shown. You can delete keys at any time.

Does a 24/7 stream affect YouTube monetization?
Running a live stream 24/7 does not by itself guarantee or prevent monetization. YouTube Partner Program eligibility depends on your channel and content following YouTube monetization, copyright and advertiser-friendly policies, including rules on repetitive or mass-produced content.
What happens if YouTube goes down temporarily?
Loopify detects the disconnection and automatically attempts to reconnect. You receive a Telegram notification. Once YouTube is back, the stream resumes automatically.

What is a dedicated IP and why does it matter?
Loopify gives each stream a stable per-stream network identity when the server network supports it. Pro and higher plans can see the assigned dedicated IP in the Dashboard. Network isolation reduces cross-customer coupling but does not guarantee against YouTube enforcement or external network issues.

Which plans show a dedicated IP?
Dedicated IP visibility is included with Pro, Studio and higher plans. Eligible plans can see the assigned dedicated IP directly on the Dashboard.
What does Dedicated IP add for my YouTube stream?
Dedicated IP gives eligible plans a visible, persistent per-stream address and clearer network isolation. It can reduce exposure to unrelated traffic from other customers, but it does not guarantee against YouTube enforcement or channel restrictions.
Can I edit a playlist while the stream is already live?
Yes. Streams running on the Live Playlist engine can add, remove and reorder videos without stopping the YouTube publisher. The current video finishes first, then the next transition uses the updated playlist. A live playlist must always keep at least one valid video.
Changes apply after the current video. The stream stays live.
Why does the 12-hour YouTube limit matter for 24/7 streams?
YouTube says streams longer than 12 hours may not be archived at all, and DVR rewind can also be limited on very long streams. Continuous 24/7 streaming and preserving separate YouTube archives are different goals, so Loopify documents this trade-off clearly.

What happens if the stream crashes?
Loopify Guardian monitors all streams. If an issue is detected, the stream restarts automatically in seconds.

Yes. Loopify Guardian monitors all streams every 10 seconds. If an issue is detected, the stream restarts automatically. After 5 consecutive failures, the stream is paused and you receive a Telegram notification.
What streaming quality does Loopify support?
Up to 1080p HD. Videos are automatically optimized by Loopify Engine for YouTube Live — correct resolution, bitrate and timing, fully automatically.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-subscription?
Yes. Go to Billing and select a new plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
What is a dedicated IP and why does it matter?
Loopify isolates outbound networking per stream where supported and can assign a stable IPv6 address. Pro and Studio show the assigned address in the Dashboard. If a dedicated address is unavailable, managed fallback routing keeps the stream connected. Network isolation improves workload separation but does not guarantee YouTube channel standing.
