1Definitions

• Service — the Loopify platform at loopify.pro.
• User / You — an individual or entity using the Service.
• Content — video files or materials uploaded by the User.
• Stream — a video broadcast delivered through the Service to a third-party platform.
• Plan — a free or paid access tier with defined limits.
• Add-on — a paid extension of plan limits.
• Access Period — plan access after a one-time payment, normally 30 or 365 days.
• Company / We — Loopify, operated by FOP Bokhonko Zhanna, Ukraine.

2Service Description & Technical Specifications

Loopify provides cloud video upload, storage, optimization, scheduling, Telegram notifications, Guardian automatic recovery, and continuous RTMPS streaming to YouTube without requiring your computer to remain online.

Media compatibility depends on the uploaded file and any optimization performed. Technical compatibility does not guarantee acceptance, monetization, archiving, or uninterrupted availability on YouTube or another third-party platform.

3Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, protect your account credentials, comply with applicable law, and not use multiple free accounts to circumvent limits or trial restrictions.

4Payment Terms & Pricing

All payments are one-time and non-recurring. Loopify does not automatically renew plans or store card credentials.

5Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, timing, usage conditions, monthly and annual-plan rules, and exceptions are defined in the separate Refund Policy. The /refund page is the current source of truth for Loopify refund rules.

6Acceptable Use Policy

You may not upload, store, or stream content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is unlawful, contains malware, promotes unlawful violence or hatred, or violates the applicable rules of YouTube or another destination platform.

7YouTube & Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

YouTube independently controls channel standing, content acceptance, monetization, copyright enforcement, archiving, API availability, and platform rules. Loopify cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by YouTube.

8Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Content and grant Loopify only the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, and otherwise operate that Content for provision of the Service. Loopify software, branding, and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise 100% uptime or uninterrupted third-party connectivity. To the extent permitted by law, Loopify is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or third-party platform actions. Any monetary liability is limited to the amount paid for the current Access Period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10Data Privacy & Security

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Card numbers are not stored by Loopify. Account deletion immediately deactivates access, allows a 7-day restore window, and then removes account-owned data, while records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be retained separately.

11Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Loopify may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, abuse, unlawful use, security threats, or non-payment. Refund eligibility after termination is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

12Changes to Terms

Material changes to these Terms may be communicated through email, Telegram, or the Service before they take effect where appropriate. The current version is always available at loopify.pro/terms.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable Ukrainian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country. We encourage good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings and ask users to contact support first so issues can be reviewed.
