1Definitions

  • "Service" — the Loopify platform at loopify.pro.
  • "User" or "You" — any individual or entity using the Service.
  • "Content" — any video files or materials uploaded by the User.
  • "Stream" — a continuous video broadcast to a third-party platform.
  • "Plan" — a paid or free access tier with specific usage limits.
  • "Add-on" — an optional paid extension of plan limits.
  • "Access Period" — duration of plan access after a one-time payment (30 or 365 days).
  • "Company", "We" — Loopify, operator of loopify.pro.
  • "Payment Provider" — Monobank or CryptoBot for processing transactions.

2Service Description & Technical Specifications

Loopify provides a cloud platform to upload video files and broadcast them continuously to YouTube without keeping your computer online.

3Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service you must: be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, maintain account security, not share your account, and comply with all applicable laws. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

4Payment Terms & Pricing

All payments are one-time and non-recurring. The Service does not use automatic renewals or stored payment credentials.

  • Starter: $19/month or $204/year · Pro: $49/month or $528/year · Studio: $79/month or $852/year

Important: Your plan does not renew automatically. You are responsible for renewing before expiry.

5Refund Policy

The Company offers a limited refund subject to strict conditions.

5.1 Eligibility Period. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of payment.

5.2 Mandatory Conditions — ALL must be satisfied simultaneously:

  • Condition A: No Stream was initiated or attempted. Even a failed attempt counts as usage.
  • Condition B: Less than 10% of plan storage used. Uploaded-then-deleted files count.
  • Condition C: No prior refund received from the Company.
  • Condition D: No promotional code or discount was used.
  • Condition E: Only base Plan payments eligible. Add-ons are non-refundable.
  • Condition F: Account not flagged for any Terms violation.
  • Condition G: Must demonstrate a verifiable technical failure lasting more than 72 consecutive hours.

5.3 Procedure. Email support@loopify.pro with subject "REFUND REQUEST — [Invoice ID]".

5.4 Processing Time. Up to 14 business days review, then 5-10 business days for refund.

5.5 Non-Refundable: Add-ons, payments with promo codes, partial refunds, payments where Terms were violated.

5.6 Chargeback Policy. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first is a violation of these Terms.

6Acceptable Use Policy

You may not upload or stream content that: infringes copyrights; is obscene or pornographic; promotes violence or hatred; contains malware; violates applicable law; violates YouTube's Terms of Service.

7YouTube & Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Notice: The Company is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC.

YouTube is an independent platform that makes its own decisions regarding content, monetization, and stream availability. The Company is not liable for: channel suspension, loss of monetization, copyright strikes, YouTube policy changes, or any financial losses resulting from YouTube's actions.

8Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your Content and grant the Company a limited license to provide the Service. The platform and its software are owned by the Company.

9Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current Access Period. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss due to YouTube or third-party actions.

10Data Privacy & Security

We collect only minimum necessary data. Card numbers are never stored. User data is not sold to third parties. All data is permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.

11Termination

You may delete your account anytime (7-day restoration window). The Company may terminate accounts for Terms violations without refund.

12Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or Telegram. Current version always at loopify.pro/terms.

13Governing Law & Disputes

Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. Users must provide 30 days written notice before formal proceedings.
