1Who qualifies
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- This is the first paid subscription on your account (does not apply to renewals or re-subscriptions).
- You request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment.
- You meet the streaming usage condition (see §2).
2Usage condition
To qualify, total streaming time across your account must be less than 48 hours. This condition exists to prevent abuse while still giving you ample time to evaluate the service properly.
48 hours is two full days of streaming. That's more than enough time to decide whether Loopify is the right tool for you.
3Annual plans
For annual plans, we offer a pro-rated refund if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment. The refund amount is calculated as: total paid minus (days elapsed × daily rate).
4After the refund window
After the 7-day window (monthly plans) or 30-day window (annual plans), refunds are not available. We strongly encourage you to use the 7-day free trial to fully test the service before purchasing.
5How to request a refund
It's simple:
- Email us at support@loopify.pro.
- Include the email address on your account.
- We'll review and confirm your refund.
No need to explain why. No complicated forms. Just send us a message.
6Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
7Free trial
Loopify gives every new account a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial period. If you decide Loopify isn't for you, simply don't upgrade — there's nothing to refund because no payment is taken.
8Paddle payments
For payments made through Paddle, refunds are processed directly by Paddle.com in their capacity as Merchant of Record. Paddle may apply their own processing timelines in accordance with their refund policy. Our 7-day guarantee applies across all payment methods.
9Exceptions
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. streaming illegal content) are not eligible for a refund.
10One refund per account
The money-back guarantee applies once per account for the lifetime of that account. Re-subscriptions after a refund has been issued are not covered by this guarantee.
