How do I get my YouTube stream key?
Go to YouTube Studio, click Go Live, then Stream. Copy the stream key and paste it in Loopify. Takes about 30 seconds.

Can my Loopify live stream appear in the YouTube Shorts feed?
Yes, when YouTube Dual stream is available on your channel. In YouTube Studio → Go Live → Stream, use Dual stream → Auto to let YouTube create a vertical version from the same Loopify horizontal feed. The horizontal and vertical versions share the live URL and chat. If you choose YouTube’s Encoder mode for a custom 9:16 layout, YouTube requires a second vertical stream key; Loopify does not automate that second encoder feed yet.
What video formats are supported?
Any format: MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, WMV, FLV and more. If your video is not in the correct format, Loopify Engine converts it automatically to our optimized streaming format — fully compatible with YouTube Live.
Is my stream key safe?
Yes. Stream keys are stored securely and never displayed in full. Only a masked version is shown. You can delete keys at any time.
Can I control streams from my phone?
Yes. Our Telegram bot lets you start, stop and monitor streams from your phone.
Is there a free trial?

How long should a stream run to count watch hours?
There is no special 12–18 hour monetization window. For YouTube Partner Program thresholds, eligible public watch hours come from public long-form content. YouTube says livestreams that are unlisted, deleted, or not converted to VOD do not count. For archiving, streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived; streams over 12 hours may not be captured.
If you want the archived livestream’s watch hours to remain eligible for YPP thresholds, keep the VOD public. Private, unlisted, deleted, or non-archived livestreams do not count toward those watch-hour thresholds.
Does a 24/7 stream affect YouTube monetization?
Running live 24/7 does not by itself guarantee or prevent monetization. YouTube Partner Program eligibility depends on the channel and content following YouTube monetization, copyright, Community Guidelines and advertiser-friendly policies. YouTube calls this category “inauthentic content”; repetitive or mass-produced content may be ineligible for monetization.
What happens if YouTube goes down temporarily?
Loopify detects the disconnection and automatically attempts to reconnect. You receive a Telegram notification. Once YouTube is back, the stream resumes automatically.
What streaming quality does Loopify use?
Standard plans support streaming up to 1080p. Loopify validates uploaded media and optimizes it when needed for YouTube Live compatibility. Higher resolutions are available only when explicitly enabled for the account.

What is Dedicated IP and why does it matter?

What does Dedicated IP add to my YouTube stream?
Dedicated IP gives eligible streams a dedicated address managed by Loopify. It is designed to provide clearer separation between streams. Loopify handles it automatically; it does not guarantee channel standing or override YouTube policies.
Can I edit a playlist while the stream is already live?
Yes. Streams running on the Live Playlist engine can add, remove and reorder videos without stopping the YouTube connection. The current video finishes first, then the next transition uses the updated playlist. A live playlist must always keep at least one valid video.
Changes apply after the current video. The stream stays live.
Why does the 12-hour YouTube limit matter for 24/7 streams?
YouTube says streams longer than 12 hours may not be archived at all, and DVR rewind can also be limited on very long streams. Recording Protection is a separate optional YouTube Connect feature: it can rotate the YouTube broadcast/archive while the Loopify publisher keeps running. It does not stop the stream; Stop and Calendar remain authoritative for ending the stream.

Is there automatic renewal?
No. Loopify uses one-time payments only. You renew manually when you are ready. You will receive a Telegram notification before your plan expires.

What payment methods are accepted?

What happens when my trial ends?
Your streams are paused automatically. Your videos and settings are preserved. You can reactivate at any time by upgrading to a paid plan.
Can I add more streams or storage without upgrading?
Yes. Add-ons are one-time purchases that permanently increase your current plan limits: +1 stream costs $9 / $8 / $7 and +10 GB storage costs $5 / $4 / $4 on Starter / Pro / Studio.
What is Loopify Balance and what can I use it for?
Loopify Balance holds closed-loop Loopify Credits. Credits can come from the Partner Program or supported balance top-ups and can be used for Loopify plans and add-ons. They can cover all or part of an order; if a balance remains, you pay only the remainder with an available payment provider. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, or exchanged for cash.
How does the Loopify Partner Program work?
Share your personal referral link and earn Loopify Credits from qualified purchases across up to three referral levels. Level 1 starts at 10% and can grow to 20% with qualified direct revenue; Level 2 is 4% and Level 3 is 1%. What happens if the stream crashes?
Loopify monitors stream runtime and uses automatic recovery when an issue is detected. Telegram notifications can keep you informed about important stream events.
Does Loopify restart the stream automatically?
Yes. Loopify checks running streams about every 5 seconds and automatically recovers normal disconnects and YouTube session closures. A normal session timeout does not count toward a fatal crash loop. If a stream has 5 real rapid crashes within 5 minutes, Loopify stops automatic retries, marks it as needing attention, adds a Dashboard notification and can send a Telegram alert when Stream issues notifications are enabled.
What streaming quality does Loopify support?
Up to 1080p HD. Videos are automatically optimized by Loopify Engine for YouTube Live — correct resolution, bitrate and timing, fully automatically.
Can I upgrade before my current plan period ends?
Yes. Go to Billing and select a new plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
What is Dedicated IP and why does it matter?
Dedicated IP gives each eligible stream its own managed network identity in Loopify. The networking layer is handled automatically by Loopify, including safe fallback when needed.
